Five things, in practice, that follow directly from the assessment.

Same-day and next-day visits. No three-week wait for a sore throat or a rash that's probably nothing but might not be.

Direct texting with your actual doctor. Not a nurse line, not a portal message queue — a phone number that reaches the person who knows your chart.

Visits built for forty-five minutes. Long enough to ask the second question, the one that usually matters more than the first.

Flat monthly membership, no insurance billing. $65/month for adults, $35/month per additional child on a family membership — no copay, no claims, no surprise bill six weeks later.

Wholesale-price labs and medications when possible. We don't mark up what we don't have to, and we'll tell you plainly when something's cheaper at your pharmacy than through us.
What this plan doesn't cover: hospitalization, specialist care, and true emergencies still need insurance or an emergency room. Most of our members keep a high-deductible plan for exactly that, and use Meadowbrook for everything a high-deductible plan makes you avoid until it's worse.
